Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 25, 2025

This page constitutes the privacy policy (also referred to as "Privacy Statement" where required by local law) of easharing.com (the "Site") and its operators ("we", "us" or "the Company"). This policy complies with the European General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR"), the European Economic Area (EEA) data protection framework, the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais, "LGPD"), Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties ("LFPDPPP"), Peru's Personal Data Protection Act (Law No. 29733), and other applicable Latin American data protection laws (collectively, the "Applicable Data Laws").

By using the Site, software or mobile applications, you agree to be bound by this policy each time you access or use them. Please read the terms below carefully.

1. Definitions

"We", "us" or "the Company" refers to easharing.com, its operating entity, and the owner of the Site. "Visitor" means a user who browses the Site only. "Member" means a user who has registered for our software service. "User" is a collective term encompassing visitors, members, or anyone who downloads and uses our mobile applications.

This Privacy Statement describes the types of information we collect or receive, including personal data and non-personal data (defined below). It also explains the measures we take to protect personal data and how you can contact us to:

(i) access, correct or cease use of your personal data;

(ii) withdraw previously given consent;

(iii) make any inquiries regarding our privacy practices.

2. Your Consent

By using the Site, you consent to our collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Statement (and any amendments thereto). If we decide to change our privacy practices, we will post the changes on this page to ensure you are aware of the information we collect, how we use it, and disclosure practices. Please review this page periodically to stay informed of our current privacy practices.

3. Your Privacy Protection

We are committed to respecting your privacy. We understand that when you choose to provide personal information to us, you trust us to handle it responsibly. Therefore, we have established this policy to protect your personal data. You may visit and browse the Site at any time without providing any personal information. For detailed privacy practices, please continue reading below.

4. Collection and Use of Personal Data

Personal data is information that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a single individual. You may choose to provide personal data when using the Site. Because we periodically adjust service features, the manner in which you provide personal data may change, but common situations where you might provide personal data include:

  1. Contacting us for any reason (e.g., via email or customer support inquiries);
  2. Providing personal data to use or participate in certain features of the Site or Service.

The personal data we collect from you varies depending on the services you use, pages you visit, and how you access the Site, but typically may include:

  1. Email address, full name, postal code, country, telephone number (including mobile), billing address, and other payment information (as required by the method you use to purchase from us);
  2. Any requests or transaction details you submit through the Service. All payment information you submit is collected and used by our payment processors in accordance with their privacy policies. Except for the last four digits of your card, expiration date and country (required for tax, regulatory and security purposes), we do not store any of your payment information;
  3. Your activity and interaction data on easharing.com (such as your IP address, device or browser type, and actions performed on the Site);
  4. Communications you send us (for example, information you provide when seeking support, asking questions or giving feedback, or reporting issues).

If you have an account and it is permitted by you, we will receive the photos, videos, and audio recordings you upload. The Site processes the photos, videos, and audio recordings you upload (including images containing faces), as well as enhanced photos generated by the Site.

The imaging, video editing, and enhancement technologies used by the Site cannot uniquely identify or verify individuals in images, and we do not train such technologies for those purposes. This means we only use images shared by users for enhancement and do not employ them for any unlawful purpose.

Because we directly request personal data in the foregoing scenarios, you will typically know what types of information we receive from you by the specific request. We collect such information for purposes including:

  1. Understanding your needs and providing better service;
  2. Providing the services you purchase through the Site and processing payments;
  3. Statistical and administrative analysis to manage the Site or improve our products and services;
  4. Internal record keeping and administrative purposes, and to notify you of our activities, services or products, or other information we think may interest you (see above);
  5. Sending marketing communications, newsletters, and business information from us or carefully selected third parties via mail, email or similar technologies (you may notify us at any time to stop receiving marketing communications);
  6. Occasionally contacting you via the information you provide for market research or tailoring the Site’s content to your interests;
  7. Improving our and our affiliates’ AIRepair and other image/video editing applications by using your videos and photos to train and validate AIRepair and similar algorithms, and by reviewing and annotating your images to enhance editing and enhancement performance.

5. Collection and Use of Non-Personal Data

We also collect non-personal data that cannot be directly associated with any specific individual. We may collect, use, and process non-personal data to improve service quality. For example, when you use the Site, we may collect data related to "commercial electronic messages" and "transactional or relationship messages" as defined in the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. 7702 et seq.). We collect such commercial transactional message data to better understand sender behavior and novel spam techniques, thereby improving our products and services.

6. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we may automatically obtain certain personal and non-personal data. The types of information collected automatically vary but typically include technical information about your device (e.g., IP address or other device identifiers) and usage statistics regarding how you interact with the Site, including page URLs visited, referring and exit pages, page view counts, dwell time, click counts, platform type, and other information about your use of the Site.

If you access the Site via a mobile device, we may receive location information from your device. In some cases, we may infer your approximate location from your device’s IP address or the URL we receive.

We use automatically collected information to understand user needs and preferences, enabling us to develop and provide improved or customized services.

Possible types of automated data collection while using the Site include:

  1. Web Browsers: When you visit the Site, your browser automatically sends your Internet Protocol (IP) address so the requested web pages can be delivered to your computer or device. We use your IP address to determine additional information, such as whether the computer or device has visited the Site before, your most-used features, and how long you stay on pages.
  2. Cookies: For details on cookie collection and use, please refer to our Cookie Policy page.

7. Accessing or Storing Personal Data on Your Device via Software or Mobile Apps

We do not collect or store any such data on our servers. Such data remains on your computer and we cannot access it unless you authorize us to share it.

8. Information Sharing

We may share your information as described below or elsewhere in this Privacy Policy:

  1. With vendors, credit card processors, customer system administrators and other service providers who assist us in operating the Site, conducting business or providing services to you, provided those third parties agree to keep the information confidential under GDPR (for EU/EEA users) or LGPD/LFPDPPP (for Latin American users);
  2. When we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation or legal process;
  3. When we believe your conduct violates our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property and safety of easharing.com or others;
  4. In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing or other corporate transaction involving all or part of our business, or during negotiations;
  5. With your consent or at your direction.

9. EU/EEA Specific Rights

  1. Right to Complain: You may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your EU/EEA member state (e.g., Ireland Data Protection Commission, German Data Protection Authority) under the GDPR.
  2. Right to Automated Decision-Making Information: If we use automated decision-making that affects you (including profiling), you have the right to request human intervention, an explanation, and to contest the decision.
  3. Right to Compensation: You have the right to seek compensation for damages caused by our violation of the GDPR.

10. Latin America Specific Rights

  1. Brazil (LGPD): In addition to core rights, you may (i) provide post-mortem instructions regarding the storage, disclosure or deletion of your personal data; (ii) understand the consequences of refusing consent. You also have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing.
  2. Peru: You have the right to know indirect data sources and request deletion of data collected from minors without proper authorization.
  3. Mexico: You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your personal data, and to object to its processing (ARCO rights).

11. Your Choices

In certain situations, you may choose how we use and disclose your personal data. For example, if we intend to use your personal data for purposes not described in this statement, we will seek your prior consent.

You may also choose not to provide information we request (see the "Information You Provide to Us" sections of this Statement). In some cases, if you elect not to provide information, we may not be able to provide the website access or the services, features or information you request.

In some cases, you may stop or limit the information collected automatically. Please review the "Information Collected Automatically" section of this Statement to learn how to stop or limit such information collection.

If you have an account, you may log in to the "My Account" page and visit "Account Security" to click "Close Account." Alternatively, you may submit a verifiable account closure request by contacting customer support at easharingcom@gmail.com. We will delete your personal data we have collected.

You may also exercise and modify your choices via the email address specified in the "How to Contact Us" section below.

12. Personal Data Protection Measures

We have implemented measures designed to protect your personal data from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. All information you provide is stored on secure servers behind firewalls.

Unfortunately, transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to the Site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

13. Storage Location and Cross-Border Transfers

  1. EU/EEA Storage: We preferentially store EU/EEA users’ personal data within the EU/EEA. When cross-border transfers outside the EU/EEA are necessary, we use lawful mechanisms approved by the European Commission:

    (a) Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): 2021 standard contractual clauses between controllers and processors, and for transfers to third countries.

    (b) Adequacy Decisions: Transfers to countries deemed to provide an adequate level of protection (e.g., the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, UK adequacy decision).

  2. Latin America Storage: Data may be stored within Latin America or other jurisdictions. For Brazil (LGPD), cross-border transfers use standard contractual clauses or other recognized safeguards. For Mexico/Peru, transfers comply with local adequacy or contractual requirements and align with GDPR standards.

  3. GDPR Specific Requirements: We maintain records of all cross-border transfers and may provide them to EU/EEA data protection authorities upon request.

14. Other Website Links

The Site may contain links to other websites. We do not control or assume responsibility for the content or practices of such other websites. Providing links does not imply endorsement of those websites, their content, owners or practices. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those other websites, which are governed by their own privacy policies and other terms. You should exercise caution and review the privacy policies of any websites, services or third-party providers you visit from the Site or our products, as their information practices may differ significantly from ours.

15. Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal data from a user under 13 years of age, we will delete such information from our records.

16. Privacy Statement Updates

This Privacy Statement may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our information practices or applicable laws. We will indicate the update date at the top of the Statement. Please review this Statement each time you access or use the Site to ensure you understand the latest version.
